15mm DBM Ancients
The rules used will be the latest version of DBM - version 3.1 together with the latest IWF clarifications.
Scoring will be as per the rules.
All other rules will be as written, including those for weather and time of
day unless both players agree otherwise.
There will be 4 rounds of competition. Check-in is from 8:45 to 9:15 on Saturday
with 1st round starting at 9:30, 2nd round at 2:00. On Sunday, round 3 starts
at 9:00 and round 4 at 1:30, finishing at 5:00.
15mm Competition
This will be a singles competition.
Any published army list can be used.
An army should be 400AP.
The first round will be drawn at random and thereafter a modified Swiss Chess system will be used within each pool.
Players may not be drawn against family members or people from the same club in the first 2 rounds.
Army List Format
Army lists should preferably be submitted by e-mail (to MLu120@aol.com) in excel AT LEAST 1 week before the date of the competition. Late lists will incur a points deduction penalty. Once submitted lists may not be amended except to correct errors identified by the list checker.
The list should clearly identify:
Participant name
Army name
Army date
Climate
Aggression factor
Geographical region, specific general, etc. where appropriate
Total AP
Total number of elements
Total element equivalents
Army break point
For each command:
Total number of elements
Total of element equivalents
Command break point
For each troop type:
Full description
DBM Classification (e.g. Reg Bd (O))
Whether mounted / double-based
